Going on a date with someone for the first time is nerve wracking. There are so many things to worry about, from what to talk about, to the good night kiss. What you are going to wear to look and feel your best will be the least of your worries by following these tips.

 The most important thing to remember when dressing for a first date is, you need to feel confident in what you are wearing. You do not want to be thinking about if your hair and makeup still looks good, and you definitely do not want to be messing with and adjusting your outfit the whole time. You want to focus on getting to know the person, and for them to get the chance to get to know you, without any distractions.
When it comes to hair, how you style it for a first date obviously depends on the length of your hair. If you have long or medium hair, keep it down. Avoid up-dos that might fall apart or be distracting. With any length, keep your hair simple, and easy to manage the whole night. A simple curl or flat ironing  your hair will flatter you enough while not distracting you or your date.
Makeup is something us girls can sometimes go a bit over board with. In general, men agree that less makeup is better. On a first date, this is an important thing to keep in mind. You want your date to see who you are naturally, but as said before you need to feel confident in how you look as well. A small amount of foundation and/or powder is fine to cover those imperfections that bother you, but you do not want it to look caked on. This is the same with your eye makeup. Using light eye shadows and eye liner to slightly enhance the shape of your eyes is fine. Just keep in mind, you do not want to over-do it or create distractions.
Your outfit like your hair and makeup is going to vary, depending on your style and shape. No matter your size or style, it is still a good idea to keep the outfit simple. A nice knee length dress is good, or if you do not feel comfortable in dresses, a nice pair of jeans and a blouse are suitable for most first dates. If the location is on the higher end, try out a maxi dress which is longer, or a skirt or slacks you feel confident in. Any of these choices can be paired with high heels, wedges, or flats. If you are tall and are afraid of being taller than your date, stick to flats or small wedges. If you want to add some height or lengthen your legs, wear high heels or wedges if you do not feel comfortable walking in heels. Jewelry is a great way to finish an outfit, but stick to a bracelet, a ring, and simple earrings. Watches are fine as well, as long as they are not bulky and fit with your outfit. Earrings are nice, especially if you have short hair, but make sure they are simple studs or even hoops.
By feeling confident in yourself and the way you look, there can be no bad date. Remember your date is probably just as nervous as you, especially after they see how beautiful you are by just being yourself. Be confident, be yourself, on top of following these tips, and your first date experience will be unforgettable.

Of course this will vary a bit depending on your personal style, but there are some fashion rules everyone should follow. First of all, stay away from graphic tee shirts and shirts with sayings on them. Wearing a tuxedo is obviously over doing it, but even a suit can come off up tight. Instead wear a nice blazer or jacket that is casual, but also presentable. You can also wear a slight v-neck tee shirt, but either way try to stick to solid colors.Depending on the location of your date, a dark jean may be fitting. This does not make you come off stylish but sloppy. If you are going to a very nice restaurant, it is best to wear khakis or a nice pair of slacks.Shoes can be a bit tricky with a man’s outfit, but an obvious choice to steer clear from would be tattered tennis shoes, or your work shoes. Sure, they are comfortable and look great with whatever you wear to work, but a date is special and something you should go the extra mile for. A nice pair of dress shoes will look nice even if you choose to wear dark jeans.Accessories can also be worn by men, but you do not want to seem too flashy. A nice watch is plenty to give your outfit a bit of a pop, but stay away from rings and necklaces. Also, do not wear your sunglasses as an accessory. Cologne is something most women love, but make sure not to spray too much. If you want a second date, its best to not suffocate them with thick cologne smell.As it is for women, it is crucial to feel comfortable in the way you look. I am going to share some useful natural beauty tips that will help get beautiful and healthy skin for men.

Properly shaving is very important because in-appropriate shaving causes a lot of harm to your skin. It can make your skin rough and look dull. Ideally you should shave daily and there is way to shave. Make sure to wash your face properly before applying shaving cream or foam.



Apply a natural coconut oil and leave it for say five minute and then apply your shaving cream or foam properly.  Coconut oil does wonder for your skin and you will experience a clean and smooth shave.



Use sharp and new blade and a good quality razor. The moment you realize the blade is hurting just change it. Ideally you should not use one blade after a couple of shave. Also don’t put lots of pressure on blade while shaving. Apply good quality aftershave lotion once you are done.



Wash your face regularly. Avoid using the bath soap to wash your face. Use clean water and may be a little hot water. Apply olive oil or Aloe Vera cream before going to bed and after washing your face properly.



Eat healthy food. Include food that is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin E. These Vitamins are useful for a young looking healthy skin. Eat Carrots, peanuts these are good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin E respectively. Avoid friend items and access use of oil in your food.



Make a habit to drink lots of water. Water is essential for your skin. Usually you sweat a lot and loose water from your body. But if you drink enough water you can ensure your body is hydrated all the time.



A good sound sleep is essential for avoid aging and acne. Try go on bed early and get up early in the morning. Do some free hand exercise and jogging or go on a walk. Let your skin sweat so that it remove all impurities from your body and help your skin breath in fresh open air.

The Human race is very much competitive.In this competitive Human race, we have to do a  lots of things to perform our  life lucratively. But if  we are not active in this competitive and  hectic humankind, We have to undergo a lot.Today I'll try to give a quantity of knowledge  about how  to be active in the flesh. I hope that it will be very handy to you.



  • Everybody likes to listening music. If we dance with our beloved music, it would be very effectual,to be active.                                                           
  • We have to make a inclination to dance with our beloved      music  for at least 10 minutes in a day.          
     It would be very effectual to make us active. It will grant us  mental   pleasure also.


  • You can be more active by washing or waxing your car or bike or any other things.You can also wash the floor of your bed room or any other room. 
  •                                                          
    You can make it as a habit,and practice it occasionally.It will make your favorite thing net and clean and provide you pleasure and make you active.


    • You can join a fitness club or a gym center.It will let you be healthy and active.After joining a fitness a club you have to give physical labour,it will help you to be more active.It will also give a lovely smart figure. after all it will make you be active.




    • Pitch in and help build a trail in your community. It’s great exercise and there will be a new facility for the enjoyment of future generations.




    • Keep pathways in your neighborhood free of snow so the elderly and disabled can get their mail and walk to the bus stop or corner store with ease.







  • Go for a swim at your local pool or in your favorite lake.By swimming you will get  mental peace and physical fitness and it will must help you to be active.

      Every body desires to keep healthy.But most people don't know proper way to to keep healthy. Today I'll present some tips to keep healthy and fit. I think if any body properly obey this he will be able to keep fit. So without no delay let's check  it out...










      • Eat balances meals: Try to follow the food pyramid . Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables,some whole grains and fiber, a little bit of dairy, a little of meat, and very little sugar and fat.













                                                                                                    


      Remember that nothing is worth sacrificing health and happiness, so avoid anything that destroys them. Do not do anything harmful to yourself such as doing drugs, smoking, or hanging around and being influenced by negative people.



                                                

                                                     



      Be social and have friends. Have fun with them, spend time with them, and talk with them, but make sure you steer away from gossip and slander.       Establish regular sleep patterns: Health care professionals recommend getting eight hours of sleep daily, but it differs from person to persons. It is best to get at least seven hours of sleep a day because lack of sleep can harm not only your physical health but your mental health. Sleep deprivation can cause lapses in concentration. To establish a regular sleep pattern, go to bed at the same time each night and walk up  at the same time each morning. It may seem hard at first, but it will get easier after you've done it for a while.








      Keeps yourself busy: This is good because it prevents you from having bad habits, such as smoking and drugs. It is also important to keep occupied with positive tasks. harmful, and work is good for the mind as well as the body. To keep yourself busy you can work around the house,spend time with your pets,writ in a journal, do a sport, or spend time doing a hobby you enjoy much.
